Order Processing

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing. This includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment.

For preorder items, estimated shipping or arrival timelines are listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in carrier transit estimates.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to order confirmation.

We offer free US shipping on orders over $150 (up to a maximum shipping value of $20). Any shipping cost exceeding this amount will be charged to the customer.

Carrier transit times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and UPS. Available rates and delivery options are shown at checkout.

International shipping timelines begin after order processing is complete.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are separate from any taxes collected at checkout.

Failure to pay required import fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to carrier or customs requests will result in the order being considered abandoned or refused, and no refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.

If you are ordering from the European Union or EFTA region, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Return shipping costs for these orders are your responsibility, see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring tracking updates, and responding promptly to carrier or customs communications.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal, or customer inaction are handled per our Return and Refund Policy.
