Preorders
Preorders let us make the right quantities, reduce waste, and prioritize quality materials. Items marked as preorder will ship once production is finished.

How preorders work

You purchase now; your size and unit are reserved.

Each product page shows an estimated window (e.g., “Expected late September”). Dates are estimates and may move slightly during production or transit.

Preorder and in-stock items ship separately. At checkout, shipping is automatically calculated for each shipment.
Payment & charges

Your payment is captured at checkout to secure materials and production time.

Prices are locked at the time of your order.
Changes & cancellations

Address changes: reply to your order email as soon as possible with the new address.

Size changes: we’ll try to accommodate before cutting; availability is not guaranteed.

Cancellations: accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order is in production and cannot be cancelled.
Returns & exchanges

Preorder items are final sale once production begins. Manufacturing defects will, of course, be repaired or replaced—contact us with photos.
Updates

Major milestones (production start, QC, outbound shipping) are emailed to you.

If an estimate shifts, we will notify you with the revised window.
Shipping

Taxes, discounts, and shipping are calculated at checkout.

When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email.
