1. How long will my order take?
Orders for in-stock items are shipped Mondays and Thursdays. For presale items, refer to the product description and our bi-weekly newsletter for timelines.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates generally include taxes and fees, but additional customs charges may apply in certain countries.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer refunds, exchanges, and store credit for eligible returns within 30–35 days. See the “Orders” section for more details.
General
Orders for in-stock items are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. For orders containing presale items, shipping may take 6–8 weeks. Shipping timelines for preorder items are detailed in the product description and shared in our bi-weekly newsletter emails. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been shipped. Shipping times also vary depending on your location and selected method.
Preorders typically ship 6–8 weeks after the initial drop. Orders placed during the first drop are prioritized in our shipping queue and may occasionally qualify for a preorder discount. Check the product description for a more accurate timeframe.
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL and UPS through Markets Pro, which helps us offer reduced rates for international orders.
Shipping rates for international orders generally include taxes and fees. However, additional fees or import taxes may apply in certain countries and will be the customer’s responsibility.
Note: We cannot modify or combine items in international orders due to Markets Pro restrictions.

We’re a small team, and responses typically take 1–3 business days. We don’t work on weekends, so if it’s been more than three days (excluding weekends), please send us a follow-up email.

Shipping
Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $250 USD. This offer includes shipping methods under $30 USD.
We use Markets Pro to streamline international shipping, including taxes and fees. However, your country may charge additional customs or import fees. These fees are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for them.
If you refuse a package due to these fees and it’s returned to us, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
If your package is marked as delivered but isn’t at your address, here’s what to do:
- Double-check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim:
- USPS: Missing Mail Request
- DHL: Lost or Damaged Claim
- UPS: Claim Form
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, reach out to us with proof, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
We can update your shipping address before the label is created. If your order is international, updates may also need to go through Markets Pro. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Shipping insurance is included with certain methods to protect against lost or damaged packages. You can also select insured shipping options at checkout for added peace of mind.
Orders
Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our Returns Portal. We offer the following options:
- Refund: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, unworn (except for try-ons), and unwashed.
- Exchange: Same conditions as refunds, within 30 days of delivery.
- Store Credit: Items returned within 35 days of delivery, meeting the same conditions.
Sometimes we ship orders in multiple parts due to stock availability. If an item listed in your shipping confirmation is missing, please contact us, and we’ll ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
If you place multiple orders, we can combine them before the shipping label is created. This may extend shipping times if either order contains presale items. For international orders, combining is not possible due to system restrictions.
Contact us with photos of the damaged or defective item(s). Depending on the situation, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item before we can process a replacement.
Orders can be canceled or modified only before the shipping label is created. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Care
Each product includes care instructions, but we generally recommend washing items cold, inside-out, and hang drying to preserve fabric integrity.
- Sterling Silver (.925): Use a sterling silver polishing cloth.
- Plated Jewelry: Avoid polishing to prevent damage to the plating.
